Manage and maintain THW's social media pages across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Ideate and create engaging content aligned with brand vision while coordinating closely with the digital marketing agency for planning, posting schedules, and execution. Ensure timely publishing of posts, reels, stories, and campaigns, then track engagement metrics to analyze performance and suggest improvements. Maintain brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms. Gain hands-on experience in brand marketing and social media management within a fast-paced startup environment, with opportunities for creative contribution, mentorship, and potential full-time conversion.
