Job Summary
Delivery Lead for Content and Localisation in Berlin, leading the Content and Localisation Delivery team; partner with Product, Content & Design and Engineering to translate business and market needs into clear requirements; drive delivery excellence, set expectations, and foster an inclusive, high-performing team; identify friction, standardise processes, automate where possible, and embed continuous improvement; manage enterprise content management and localisation tools (CMS like AEM/Sitecore; TMS like Smartling/Crowdin) and align content with multi-language delivery and SEO.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in content or localisation technologies with a focus on delivering content experiences in a variety of formats and environments – web, app, communications
- Knowledge of information architecture, structured content, headless CMS
- Experience of the software development lifecycle, the software and hardware stack that delivers web applications and core application architecture concepts
- Understanding of how apps consume content APIs and send user generated content back to the customer experience management platform
- Experience working with app and web content, content marketing, CRM and SEO
- Must have fluent English and a good level of German
