Job Summary
Content and Communications Specialist on the Stand Together Foundation team who will coordinate content development and publishing across websites, social media, earned media, and printed materials; copy edit for clarity, brand alignment, and accurate representation of partners; support narrative-focused learning experiences and 1:1 coaching engagements (virtual and in-person); maintain content calendars and workflows; collaborate with internal stakeholders to align content and initiatives; contribute to Salesforce and Airtable knowledge systems; drive process improvements to strengthen communications operations and audience engagement.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience supporting content creation, storytelling, communications initiatives, and/or learning materials
- Strong writing, copy editing (AP style), and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort managing systems, workflows, and operational processes
- Collaborative team player who works effectively across departments and stakeholder groups
- Experience with Airtable and Salesforce
- Experience supporting communications strategy, learning programs, or editorial workflows
- A love of systems improvement, operational excellence, and automation
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations, mission-driven organizations, or technology-enabled teams
