Job Summary
Conceive, shoot, and post-produce all visual content for the brand, including video ads, team reels, static ads, and website graphics. Manage shoots end-to-end by scouting locations, casting models, handling lighting and sound setups, and adapting social media trends to the brand. Edit and color footage in Premiere or DaVinci using nodes and LUTs, while leveraging AI tools like Adobe Podcast and Runway to streamline workflows. This role requires full creative freedom without content discussions with management or clients, allowing you to develop formats you would personally celebrate. You will work directly with founders on high-impact projects within a growing D2C startup selling medical workwear, benefiting from flexible hours, home office options, and a monthly company breakfast.
Required Qualifications
- Erfahrung in Bewegtbild, Schnitt und Social Media Content
- Verantwortlich für Konzeption, Dreh und Postproduktion
- Verantwortlich für Storyboards, Shotlisten, Licht- und Ton-Setup
- Teil von Shootings (Video & Foto)
- Lokations-Scouting
- Model-Casting
- Eigene Umsetzung von Aktionen, Drehs und Formaten
- Erkennung von Social Media Trends
- Bearbeitung und Kolorierung von Footage
- Kenntnis von Premiere oder DaVinci (Color Wheels, Nodes und LUTs)
- Nutzung von AI-Tools (z.B. Adobe Podcast, Runway)
- Kenntnis von Kameraeinstellungen, Bildgestaltung, Lichtführung und Ton
- Selbstständige Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Projekten
- Führung von Regie am Set
