Job Summary
Senior Manager role leading Content Change Adoption for AI-powered content initiatives at Pfizer. Owns end-to-end change, adoption, and training for content creation, management, and distribution workflows across commercial audiences. Drive strategy, stakeholder engagement, and training design/deployment with focus on AI-enabled content capabilities; collaborate with content owners, reviewers, and approvers to ensure compliant, scalable adoption. Responsible for end-to-end project planning and execution, development of training materials (e-learning modules, live sessions, job aids, videos, FAQs), adoption measurement and continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Digital, Medical, Regulatory, and Operations. Required BS/BA with 5+ years in change management/adoption roles, experience in content operations, and familiarity with AI-powered content platforms, DAM, LMS, and e-learning tools.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA required with 5+ years of commercial industry experience or equivalent, with at least 3 years in change management, adoption, training, or organizational transformation roles
- Demonstrated experience developing change management and communication plans for content-producing and commercial audiences in a large matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of commercial content operations, including content creation, review, approval, and distribution workflows
- Experience designing and deploying training programs for commercial audiences, with a preference for content-related workflows
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence without direct authority
