Job Summary
Contract/1099 Contemplative Practitioners to provide remote telehealth services to clients. The role requires dedicating at least 9 permanent group hours per week to facilitate group sessions and build connections. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in contemplative practices (e.g., Yoga Therapists, Yoga Teachers, Mindfulness, Mindful Self-Compassion) and be confident integrating them into treatment. Ability to work effectively in a team, be creative and engaging over video, and support clients across a range of ages (children to adults) is essential. The position is remote within the United States, with late afternoons/evenings on weekdays and Saturdays scheduling flexibility to meet client needs. A Clinical license and/or certification in contemplative practice is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of teaching/facilitating experience. Master’s degree strongly preferred. This role involves delivering clinic-level care through telehealth, requires reliable internet, and uses cloud-based tools and EMR/survey software. Required Qualifications
- Clinical experience and/or experience in mental health or behavioral health is required
- Must be available during late afternoons and evenings on weekdays (3-8pm MT on Mon-Thu) and Saturdays
- Experience with a wide range of ages including children, teens, young adults, and adults is required
- Experience with high acuity populations is required
- Must be certified in contemplative practice (all disciplines welcome) and/or hold a Clinical license
- Minimum 3 years of teaching/facilitating experience in your contemplative field
- Master’s degree in mental health or related field strongly preferred
- Availability between 9 and 40 hours per week
- Technical ability to run effective telehealth sessions
- Reliable WIFI connection when meeting with clients
- 1099 Position, part time with opportunity to grow into full time position
- Familiarity with cloud-based communication software (Gmail, Slack, Zoom, Dropbox) in addition to EMR and survey software
- Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency
