Job Summary
Repair, paint, and maintain containers and roll-off boxes by welding steel and aluminum components with MIG and ARC techniques. Fabricate steel parts using a brake, shear, plasma cutter, or torch for hoppers, containers, and compactors. Install lids, wheels, safety decals, and company markings while following all safety policies and completing required paperwork. Refer complex repairs to the supervisor as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Certified welder
- Advanced knowledge of mig &stick welders, plasma cutter, and airless paint Sprayers
- Familiar with basic use of hand tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow directions with minimal supervisory involvement
- Minimum of 1 year welding experience OR COMPLETION OF A WELDING PROGRAM
