Experience in collections, customer service, or related fields is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and a typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- Three or more years of experience in call center quality assurance or operations, collections, customer service, banking, or business-related fields
- Ability to accurately type 40 words per minute
- Detail oriented communication and documentation skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Expert knowledge of all applicable Federal and State collection laws
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to resolve files and maximize collection opportunities
- Demonstrated ability to think independently and use good judgment
Desired Qualifications
- Collection Master (CLS) experience
- Collections experience
- College education
