Job Summary
The Contact Us Collections Representative is responsible for interacting with consumers, attorneys, and authorized parties via the Contact Us website through email. Key responsibilities include monitoring and responding to various email inboxes, ensuring timely communication, maintaining internal documentation, engaging in proactive collections efforts, and understanding compliance with both Federal and State collection laws. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A high school diploma is required, along with three or more years of relevant experience in a customer service or collections role.

- Understanding of Federal and State collection laws
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Above average spelling and grammar
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to read and understand communications from consumers and attorneys
- Demonstrated ability to think independently
Desired Qualifications
- College experience is a plus
- Collections experience
- Collection Master (CLS) experience
Additional Requirements
- Must have three years or more experience in call center quality assurance or operations, collections, customer service, banking or business-related fields.
