Job Summary
Deliver technical and operational support for Cloud Contact Centre environments within a mature ITIL framework, handling escalated incidents and changes; maintain accurate ServiceNow records; execute MACs/transitions, coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet security and customer experience objectives; contribute to governance, incident/problem management, and continuous improvement; demonstrates strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement, with preference for Cloud CC platforms and IP communications knowledge; flexible work arrangement with Hybrid model (three days in office, two days remote) and supportive benefits.
