Job Summary

Deliver high-quality, fully remote contact center service as a Service Agent for travelers. Drive guest satisfaction through personalized support, upsell relevant products/services, and manage guest interactions in our CRM. Build relationships with repeat guests and partners, collaborate with team to meet service goals, and adapt to rotating shifts including peak periods. Must obtain TICO Certification within 60 days and be comfortable with training and growth opportunities, while maintaining a customer-focused, consultative selling approach.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain TICO Certification within 60 days; TTC will cover the cost of the first attempt
  • Ability to work fully remote in our contact center
  • Rotating shift schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Overtime as needed during peak periods
  • Customer-focused with consultative selling skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • CRM proficiency
  • Team player with strong collaboration
  • Experience in contact centers or customer service is a plus
