Contact Centre Sales Advisor

Job Summary
Inbound calls from members in a fast-paced environment, guiding customers through policy renewal conversations, diagnosing needs through effective questioning, introducing tailored Bupa products and services, accurately maintaining the customer database, recording conversations and actions, and ensuring a great customer experience from first contact to resolution. Role involves using multiple systems, adhering to regulatory requirements, and taking ownership of queries to deliver informed recommendations and a positive outcome. Full-time, permanent position based in Staines, Middlesex with shifts 8am–8pm and one half Saturday per month.
Required Qualifications
- Previous sales /contact centre experience is highly preferred
- Strong PC skills the aptitude to adapt to new systems
- Great interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service and helping others
- The ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple manner
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a desire to achieve goals
