Job Summary
Provide timely, accurate assistance to Members over the phone and online from the Townsville Contact Centre, delivering quality solutions by identifying referral opportunities for new products and services. Work a rotating roster within a full-time 38-hour week at the Townsville Head Office, helping customers achieve better financial outcomes. Demonstrate exceptional customer service, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work effectively in a team, using Microsoft Office skills to support inquiries and transactions.
Required Qualifications
