Job Summary
Conduct telephone recruitment to schedule appointments with volunteer blood donors and update donor information while maintaining confidentiality. Convey the mission of saving lives to callers and meet daily call and appointment targets to attain collection goals. Perform this work 28 hours per week across fixed shifts from Monday through Saturday, including on-call rotation for live support. Required Qualifications

- Working knowledge and experience working on computer system
