Job Summary

Provide bilingual German and French speaking contact-center support to ABB customers, acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries. Responsibilities include handling technical support, order and payment-related assistance, forwarding supplier offers, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure end-to-end case ownership, maintaining contact lists and routing information, supporting outbound activities and face-to-face customer interaction services, and driving improvements in customer experience and first-contact-to-cash transition. Demonstrates proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce, and collaborates with international teams to recommend solutions and coordinate with production capability, scheduling, quotes, price lists, and invoices. The role supports hybrid or fully remote work depending on candidate location; main stakeholders are ABB customers and internal teams. You will engage in regular customer feedback loops, maintain information pages, and contribute to marketing campaigns as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate in English and German. French knowledge beneficial.
