Job Summary

Handle and route customer calls and inquiries via phone and website/chat, identify needs and provide solutions while cross-selling products/services. Manage multiple chats using Glia, adhere to applicable laws, regulations and required compliance training, and complete tasks between calls under the guidance of the Contact Center Manager. Work Monday–Friday 8am–5pm.

Required Qualifications

  • High school degree
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Possess excellent telephone skills
  • Possess good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work phone system efficiently
