Job Summary
The role focuses on delivering high-quality member service via phone to promote credit union products and services, process a variety of member transactions, provide online banking support, ensure security per MIP and fraud-detection protocols, identify sales opportunities, and work toward production and referral goals while maintaining professional member relationships. The position is remote with candidates located in Washington or Oregon, offers a bilingual differential ($2/hour where applicable), and provides full-time benefits. Responsibilities include greeting members, handling transactions (withdrawals, loan payments, transfers), answering inquiries about statements and loans, assisting with online banking setup and troubleshooting, ensuring identification and security, and cross-selling relevant products and services to meet member needs.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum six (6) months experience in a sales or customer service environment.
