Job Summary
Join Atos Life and Pensions Centre of Excellence in Edinburgh as a Customer Service Representative in a telephony-based contact centre. You will be the first point of contact for inbound calls, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and documenting outcomes. Responsibilities include handling inquiries across the full product range, maintaining advisor relationships, contributing to continuous improvement, and ensuring communications are accurate and aligned with regulatory requirements and SLAs. Training is provided with a 6-week classroom program before handling live calls, and on-going support is available as you transition to real calls. The role requires customer service experience (financial services experience a bonus), strong problem-solving and communication skills, IT proficiency, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver high-quality service.
