Job Summary
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to present tailored solutions and close sales effectively. Handle objections confidently while maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by following scripts and compliance guidelines. Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve strategies. Fluently speak and write in English and Spanish with 1–2 years of sales experience in a contact center.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of sales experience in a contact center or telesales environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
