Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy, using training resources to answer questions, recommend products, and close sales. Build rapport to understand customer needs, resolve inquiries effectively, and manage accounts by processing orders accurately through company systems. Research internal data to locate missing information, collaborate with teams, and escalate complex issues as needed. Follow scripts and policies to ensure compliance while protecting customer privacy and handling sensitive information responsibly. Stay current with training updates and meet attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Skilled in troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and customer service
- Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs
- Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
- Must be able to move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds
