Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, using training resources to answer questions, recommend products, and close sales. Build rapport, understand customer needs, and resolve inquiries effectively while managing accounts and processing orders accurately. Research systems to locate missing information, collaborate with internal teams, and escalate complex issues when needed. Follow scripts and policies to ensure compliance, protect customer privacy, and stay current with training updates. Maintain attendance, punctuality, and performance expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Skilled in troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and customer service
- Empathetic, patient, and responsive to customer needs
- Ability to multitask, stay focused, and self-manage
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
- Must be able to lift up to forty (40) pounds
