Job Summary
You will be the friendly voice our members trust, connecting with them by phone and digital channels to solve problems, build relationships, and guide them toward suitable financial solutions. Responsibilities include helping members open accounts, exploring loan options, and using digital banking tools; listening for needs and recommending products and services (not just selling); resolving questions with first-call resolution; educating members to feel confident about their finances; and collaborating with the team to deliver a high-quality, service-focused experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of customer service or financial services experience
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable discussing financial products like accounts, cards, and loans
- Problem-solver who can think on their feet and stay organized
- Team player who values accountability and a positive work environment
