Job Summary
As a Neighborhood Contact Center Representative, you’ll be the first impression in patient interactions, answering phones, guiding calls to the proper department, scheduling appointments across locations, updating and verifying patient information in the EMR, and cross-training to support multiple Patient Service functions. You’ll work to ensure provider schedules are filled, utilize reports to manage recalls, and maintain compassionate, respectful communication with patients while upholding organizational guidelines. The role emphasizes teamwork, kindness, resiliency, and collaboration to provide high-quality patient experiences in a full-time on-site capacity in Buffalo, NY.
Required Qualifications
- At least one-year call center/telephone customer service experience is required
