Job Summary
The Contact Center Data Intelligence Intern will transform data into actionable insights to support decision-making and enhance customer experience across Contact Center operations. Responsibilities include improving scheduling and productivity, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting continuous improvement projects within the Contact Center to increase efficiency and service quality. The role emphasizes advanced Excel work, building dashboards in Power BI, and automating processes with Power Automate to support scheduling management of Field Service Engineers and overall operation optimization. This internship involves in-person work at least 3 days per week in office/onsite settings, with field work typically conducted outside main facilities at customer or supplier locations. The ideal candidate is pursuing a relevant degree (engineering, IT, data science, analytics), has demonstrated data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation skills, and strong programming/workflow automation capabilities, with a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI and Power Automate
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and proactive problem solving
- Ability to build dashboards, automate workflows, and generate meaningful reports
- Willingness to work in office/field/onsite settings
- Experience with process mapping and workflow automation
- Field roles often performed outside main facilities at customer/supplier locations
