Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, call centers, or financial environments (minimum two years preferred)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
- Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills and comfort with digital tools
- Saturday hours required on a rotational basis
