Contact Center Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Handle inbound calls, emails, or chats from customers while providing accurate information about products, services, and billing. Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary, maintaining detailed records of all interactions. Follow company procedures and compliance guidelines to meet performance goals related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Participate in training and coaching to improve service delivery. Fluent in English and Spanish, you will work in a professional office environment supporting MCI's global contact center footprint across multiple industries including healthcare, retail, and financial services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call center tools
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
- Must be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening
