Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service in Fidelity Bank’s call center and through video teller interactions, handling incoming calls, video sessions, and online chats. Communicate clearly via camera and phone, accurately process transactions, and recommend banking products to enhance the customer experience. Collaborate across bank teams while maintaining strict confidentiality in line with Fidelity’s core values.
Required Qualifications
