Job Summary
Resolve inbound member calls regarding loans, payments, transfers, investment certificates, and new accounts. Process transactions, pair credit union products with member needs, and provide consistent follow-up while cultivating long-term trusting relationships. Assist members over the phone with account needs and comply with all regulatory requirements. Participate in continuing education for career development. Located at 5167 Adams Ave, Washington Terrace, UT, this part-time role offers 25 hours per week with Monday through Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and rotating Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 4:00 PM. The position pays $15.00 per hour plus bonuses and incentives. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Prior retail or consumer lending experience
