Job Summary
Resolve inbound member calls regarding loans, payments, transfers, investment certificates, and new accounts. Cultivate long-term, trusting relationships by assisting members with account needs, processing transactions, and pairing credit union products with their financial goals. Provide consistent follow-up and comply with all regulatory requirements while participating in continuing education for career development. Located at 5167 Adams Avenue, Washington Terrace, UT 84405, this full-time role offers a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays, starting at $15.00 per hour plus bonus and incentive. Required Qualifications

- Prior retail or consumer lending experience
