Job Summary
Contact Center Advisor for a Full-Time, remote-position within 25 miles of our Kingston, NY branches. Responsibilities include handling member transactions via phone and multimedia channels, opening and servicing accounts, processing loans, answering questions about products and services, cross-selling, and guiding members to the appropriate resources. Key duties include maintaining confidentiality, upholding service standards, answering inquiries about rates/terms, promoting debt protection products, supporting Home Banking tools, and handling wire transfers and OFAC verifications. Requires 1–3 years of related experience, high school diploma or GED, strong communication and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to work with diverse members and complex information. Bilingual Spanish is an asset; weekend shifts and rotating schedules are part of the regular workweek.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work in a remote position within 25-mile radius of branch locations
