Oracle Finance Cloud Functional Consultant to provide end-to-end production support for Oracle Cloud Financials. Primary focus is stabilizing live systems, resolving incidents, and ensuring smooth finance operations, while assisting with minor functional enhancements and configurations as needed. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day production incidents and service requests across Oracle Finance Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Tax, Indirect tax); understanding Projects Module (Project Billing & Costing); performing root cause analysis and implementing fixes; ensuring SLA adherence and escalation management; supporting patches, upgrades, and system maintenance; collaborating with technical teams for integrations, data corrections, and reporting issues; maintaining knowledge base and documentation of recurring issues; assisting with configuration changes, enhancements, and workflow adjustments; preparing functional documentation, test scripts, and training materials; participating in testing cycles (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT) for minor releases or patches; and supporting business users with process guidance and system navigation.
