Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day team activities, manage risk, and drive operational excellence in a high-volume, high-capacity environment. Conduct performance reviews, handle hiring and onboarding, and coach employees to meet production deadlines while ensuring regulatory adherence. Address real-time team needs, complete administrative tasks, and escalate risks through appropriate channels. Recruit, develop talent, and foster an inclusive culture where members are treated fairly and respectfully. Deliver clear messages that connect contributions to business results and lead the identification and resolution of potential risks. Manage expenses with an owner's mindset and drive engagement through effective team management and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9:30am-6:00pm Local Time (Subject to adjust to DLST to align with business operations)
- Minimum of 2+ years of leadership/management experience
- Minimum of 2+ years Home Loans Client Services
- Must be flexible with schedule and shift (including weekends and holidays)
- Ability to handle ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances
- Dedicated, enthusiastic, driven and performance-oriented; possesses a strong work ethic
