Job Summary
Make outbound calls to identify client needs and respond with superior service and resolution. Own the full sales cycle from client vetting to confirm a deal. Utilize our in-house CRM system to manage the pipeline of inbound clients, track goals and performance, and regularly provide feedback for improvement. Demonstrate the ability to explain products, answer questions, provide solutions, negotiate favorable terms, and maintain a high standard of integrity while working in a collaborative, fast-paced team. Scheduling flexibility is required as some shifts may include holidays, late evenings, or weekends; this is a hybrid role based in Scottsdale, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience in a phone-based customer service role or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Scheduling flexibility; some shifts may include holidays, late evening, or weekend hours
- Ability to own the full sales cycle from client vetting to confirm a deal
- Experience using an in-house CRM system
- Ability to track goals, metrics, and performance and provide feedback
- Genuine interest in the real estate industry
- Self-motivation and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strategic selling skills
- Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent
- Ability to explain products, answer questions, provide solutions, and negotiate to maximize profitability
