Job Summary
Lead the WE Marketing Planning Process (Where to Play, How to Win, Make it Happen) for the allocated category/ies and deliver the Regional Marketing Activation Plan, including creating WE media briefs and a regional toolkit for key SoBs aligned with the RMAP; provide AOP/A&P allocation recommendations by BU x Zone and maintain visibility of performance across WE SoBs and zones. Strong, broad marketing experience in the Western Europe region with ability to influence stakeholders and tailor content to business needs; 3 days per week in-office in Stockholm as part of Philips' WE marketing team.
Required Qualifications
- Strong and broad marketing experience in the WE/Europe region
- Prior experience in the region is required, preferably in the zone or Europe region
- Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders
- Experience working with content and tailoring content to business needs
- Strong analytical capability
