Job Summary
Consumer Solutions Manager, Germany responsible for tailoring Visa product and solutions to client needs in the German market, leading product-related projects and client workshops, supporting win strategies for RFPs, and partnering with the Sales team to increase revenue. Role requires crafting compelling presentations for internal and external stakeholders, deep knowledge of payment systems and digital solutions (eCommerce, Tokenization, EMV, NFC), and travel (domestic and abroad). Based in Frankfurt with a requirement of at least 3 days in the office. The position emphasizes consultative client engagement, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration within a matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in cards and banking industry
- Consulting background is preferred
- Fluent in English and German
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong understanding of consumer debit and credit products
- Experience with product topics, sales support, project management
- Ability to translate client needs into product/solution requirements
- Strong analytical thinking and data-informed decision-making
- Understanding of payment technologies (eCommerce, Tokenization, EMV, NFC)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects
