Job Summary
Consumer Services Representative in Poznan handling German- and English-language inquiries across email, chat, phone and social channels for Newell Brands’ product portfolio. Responsibilities include resolving pre-sales and after-sales questions, order delivery/payments issues and returns, documenting interactions in CRM/SAP and other systems, and providing consumer-centric solutions. Training on-site followed by remote work after 2-3 weeks; strong emphasis on learning tools (Salesforce, SAP, Bazaarvoice, Sprinklr) and delivering excellent customer service in an e-commerce context. Requires fluent German and English, proficiency with MS Word/Outlook, and outstanding communication, empathy, and relationship-building skills.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent German (C1) and English (C1) (spoken & written)
- Good command of MS Word and Outlook
- Outgoing with excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Empathy and openness for working with clients
