Job Summary
Coordinate services for individuals and families by providing information, advocacy, and service arrangements; participate in developing and monitoring program plans; identify and coordinate services; complete documentation per NLACRC policies; advocate for individuals served; schedule/interdisciplinary meetings; identify barriers and implement culturally sensitive strategies; rotate officer-of-the-day duties and provide emergency on-call coverage; role requires independent work, community/home visits, and potential bilingual Spanish ability; requires comfort working in diverse settings and strong organizational and written communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, sociology, or related human services field
- At least two years of related experience
- Master’s degree in a related subject may be substituted for experience
