Job Summary
Hybrid phone-based, consultative sales role managing complex consumer lending and deposit relationships within the Consumer Lending and Member Growth. Independently owns consumer loan applications end-to-end in partnership with underwriting and processing, educates members on loan terms and pricing, and identifies opportunities to deepen relationships through cross-sell and upsell. May provide informal mentoring and supports continuous improvement using performance data and underwriting concepts. Requires strong sales and communication skills, adherence to policies and regulations, and a High School Diploma/GED with NMLS registration; 4+ years in financial services and 1+ year in call-center or phone-based sales. Location is Denver, CO with a hybrid remote/on-site arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- NMLS registration required
- 4+ years of experience within a financial institution or lending environment, including at least 2 years in a consumer lending, financial services, or consultative sales role
- 1+ year of experience working in a call center or phone-based sales role
