Job Summary
Own end-to-end sales operations for SpaceX Starlink channel partners in US/CA and lead rollout of new purchasing models and go-to-market initiatives. Build and maintain sales dashboards and KPIs using SQL and Power BI; analyze sales data for strategic insights on channel performance, customer acquisition, and retention. Design and improve sales processes including lead routing, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene. Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Supply & Operations Planning, and Logistics to optimize order management, delivery timelines, and inventory planning. Available for extended hours/weekends and travel to customer sites as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business; OR high school diploma or equivalency certificate and 2+ years of professional experience
- 2+ years of project management, sales operations, or consulting experience; OR 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role

- ITAR requirements: U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card), refugee, or asylee, or eligible to obtain required authorizations
