Consumer Sales Coach (Central Maryland)

Job Summary
The Consumer Sales Coach will directly coach branch teammates in Central Maryland to lift overall sales performance. Responsibilities include in-person coaching to branches, developing and implementing coaching plans with the Consumer Sales Leader and Market Leader, improving CRM utilization (Salesforce) and adherence to the GUIDE consultative sales model, documenting coaching outcomes, monitoring sales reporting, onboarding and continuing education of teammates, and collaborating with leaders to define KPIs. The role requires travel to branches weekly, strong client-service and leadership skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced banking environment while ensuring compliant sales practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Three or more years’ retail banking experience required
- Previous lending experience required
- Three or more years of management experience in a sales environment preferred
