Job Summary
Manage inbound calls from current and potential customers to provide tailored technology solutions and deliver personalized recommendations that improve their daily connection. Consistently deliver differentiated customer experiences by executing various customer management techniques while maintaining a disciplined focus on client satisfaction. Achieve monthly sales goals for handsets, gross sales, ARPS, protection, and NPS by identifying diversified technology needs and integrating offerings into consumers' lives with ease and effectiveness. Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining a relentless obsession to be the best in the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of business or related work experience in a sales environment where sales goals were met or exceeded
- High school diploma or recognized equivalent
- Excellent written and oral interpersonal communication skills
- A reliable, high-speed internet connection
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs: Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen
- Must be able to work some nights up until 8PM and some Saturdays
Desired Qualifications
- Evidence of individual metrics exceeded for sales and customer experience metrics
- Experience in sales via the phone or another fast-paced environment
- Four-year college degree
