Job Summary
Execute consumer risk reporting deliverables for senior leaders, the JPMorganChase Board of Directors, and regulators. Partner across lines of business to develop, enhance, and deliver risk analyses while maintaining dashboards using Alteryx and Tableau. Manage data governance processes, including definitions and controls, and maintain job aids for reporting responsibilities. Drive process improvements through automation tools and artificial intelligence solutions to modernize reporting workflows. Adhere to internal control processes to ensure report accuracy and integrity. This role supports decision-making within CCB Risk Management and Compliance, focusing on emerging risks and strengthening transparency across Consumer & Community Banking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, risk management, or a related field
- Background in risk management, finance, accounting, or banking
- Proficiency in dashboarding and reporting tools (Alteryx, Tableau)
- Ability to leverage artificial intelligence tools to improve reporting and analytics workflows
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Motivated self-starter with strong time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
- Ability to understand and apply internal policies and regulatory requirements
