Job Summary
Consumer Relations Representative 1 engages in customer issue resolution and provides a best-in-class experience to drive loyalty and repurchase intent. Responsibilities include handling incoming consumer/customer calls and surface mail, responding to email inquiries, adhering to Consumer Relations protocols, and identifying cases with potential legal or media implications. The role supports quality assurance by meeting established guidelines and customer satisfaction scores, contributes business insights from consumer contacts, documents interactions accurately, and participates in training programs. It also involves compliance-related authority to request refunds/future rebates up to $500 in alignment with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. The position emphasizes delivering consistent, high-quality resolutions, maintaining product/service knowledge across Goodyear, Dunlop, and Kelley brands, and collaborating with the team to enhance customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree or equivalent
- 1-2 years of previous contact center experience or related experience preferred
- Effective problem solving and communication skills
- Working knowledge of contact center metrics, hardware, software & telephony preferred
