Job Summary

Consumer Relations Manager in the Client Service Delivery team responsible for protecting and improving brand-category reputation through overseeing consumer case management and end-to-end service delivery across online and offline channels. Drives KPI attainment (SLA, CX, NPS), manages internal/external stakeholders, guides vendor performance, ensures knowledge is current across categories, leads process improvements, and safeguards brand integrity. Leads specialists and delivery teams, applying growth and engagement tools, champions knowledge management and deployment of product/promo/process updates, tracks performance via scorecards, and ensures compliance with stewardship, audit, and regulatory requirements. Requires a bachelor’s degree, minimum 1 year full-time experience, native Korean and professional English proficiency, strong communication, problem solving, execution, digital/technical skills, leadership, and project management.
