Job Summary

Consumer Marketing Manager for Male Grooming leads local zone marketing activation, defines local portfolio and channelization, and owns 6-18 month planning with support for 0-6 month planning to ensure annual goals are met. Drives execution of consumer touchpoints (CD, AMZ, TikTok, NBD) with the shopper, media/PR and cross-functional teams, and manages end-to-end performance for the category within the zone. Leads local marketing strategy and planning, oversees A&P budget, contributes to regional processes (RMP, SPOR), delivers SOB analyses and go-to-market enablement, and champions Lean methodologies and the integration of AI into marketing strategy. Requires strong collaboration with local and global teams, data analysis for business cases, and fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese a plus). Based in Madrid, Spain, with in-person work expected at least 3 days per week.

Required Qualifications

  • University or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant +3 to 5 years of relevant experience
