Job Summary
Lead development and execution of local consumer marketing strategies and 24-month rolling plans for key categories and consumer segments in Korea; drive demand generation, market research, product and portfolio positioning, price and promotion strategies, trade marketing, merchandising, media, marcomm and eCommerce; measure effectiveness and adapt strategies to meet business priorities; collaborate with local, regional, and global teams; oversee a team of high-performing marketers and ensure consumer-centric activation and omni-channel campaigns aligned with global and local priorities; drive local payments, distribution and market performance through integrated planning and partner collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree education level
- More than 10 years of experience in senior-level marketing roles
- Strong leadership skills to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and business judgement
- Extensive FMCG industry experience
- Experience in e-commerce and digital insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Korean and English
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Key measures: Strategic Planning, Brand & Portfolio Management, Market Share & Growth, Sales Growth & Profitability, Marketing Analytics, Omnichannel Consumer Engagement, Integrated Marketing Communications, Pricing & Promotion Management
- Ability to manage local demand generation campaigns and collaborations with cross-functional teams
- Experience in building external agency relationships and co-branded initiatives
- Ability to lead and develop a marketing team and drive local market strategies
