Job Summary
Originate new loan business with existing and new customers by evaluating needs and recommending consumer loan and voluntary product solutions. Complete loan applications, proposals, and offers for new borrowers while following up on pending applicants. Assist potential borrowers by explaining the loan process, answering product questions, and resolving issues through daily transactions. Closes loans, assembles folders, and processes insurance claims, follow-ups, and payments daily. Consistently meets or exceeds loan goals while maintaining an insurance log. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and at least one year of sales experience. Candidates must pass a criminal background check, credit check, and drug screen, and hold eligibility for insurance licensing. Competitive salary of $32,000 plus uncapped bonuses, health benefits, and PTO are available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience

- Ability to successfully navigate priorities while paying close attention to details

- Ability to meet the acceptable standards for credit history
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing
