Job Summary
Originate new consumer loans by evaluating customer needs, completing applications, and closing deals with both new and existing borrowers. Explain loan processes and product solutions to potential clients while resolving issues and managing a complex loan portfolio. Process insurance claims, payments, and follow-ups daily, maintaining accurate logs. Meet or exceed sales goals through consistent performance and strong customer relationship management. Handle incoming calls and voicemail while adhering to compliance standards and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Professional demeanor
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment
- Ability to successfully navigate priorities while paying close attention to details
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet the acceptable standards for criminal background history
- Ability to meet the acceptable standards for credit history
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing
