Job Summary
Originate new consumer loan business by evaluating customer needs, completing loan applications, and explaining the loan process to potential borrowers. Assemble loan folders, process insurance claims and payments daily, and resolve customer issues using analytical skills. Maintain an insurance log, answer incoming calls, and build trust with customers and internal staff while adhering to compliance standards. Consistently meet or exceed loan goals through daily transactions and problem resolution.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Professional demeanor
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment
- Ability to successfully navigate priorities while paying close attention to details
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet the acceptable standards for criminal background history
- Ability to meet the acceptable standards for credit history
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Eligibility requirements for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products
