Job Summary
Originate new consumer loans by evaluating customer needs, completing applications, and closing deals while meeting sales goals. Assist borrowers by explaining loan processes, answering product inquiries, and resolving issues through analytical problem-solving. Manage the day-to-day servicing of the loan portfolio, process insurance claims and payments, and maintain accurate logs. Address customer concerns by formulating strategies with management and embodying company policies to build trust.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- Professional demeanor
- Positive attitude
- Strong communication and customer relations skills
- Ability to work in a high-performing, fast-paced, goal-oriented, team environment
- Ability to successfully navigate priorities while paying close attention to details
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet the acceptable standards for criminal background history
- Ability to meet the acceptable standards for credit history
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to meet the eligibility requirements for insurance licensing
